Sea trials on the Captains Lady II went well, all the shake down cruises were done with the coast guard, caterpillar, and twin disc mechanics, all a success. Top speed was 22 knots with a cruiseing speed around 17 knots, should save some time to and from the ledge which means more fishing time. today was a mix of haddock cod cusk and reds, of course the cod doesnt open until monday but they were nice to see, sundays trip still with plenty of room and monday will most likely have two boats, we will post that tommorrow, call for reservations. Sundays trip will be on the Captains Lady II.
