Not bad, some nice size codfish were landed along with a fair # of haddock, average around 10-12 per. Bait and jigs seemed both seemed active, did have some tide to contend with but pretty good for opening day cod fishing. We are sailing tomorrow, the forecast is all over the place, north looks ok and the southern report looks ugly, one thing for sure, it is going to be cold so if you are on the books for Saturday dress warm, we have the second all day boat lined up for the # of reservations. see you in the morning.
